REFLECTION:
Christ is risen – he’s risen indeed! Really? Do you really believe that Christ
is risen? Do you really believe that he came back to life physically (and not
just spiritually) after being dead for three days? How is that possible? Surely
a man can’t come back to life physically.
Surely the resurrection is just a symbol or a metaphor but not a historical
event. Surely science has disproved Christianity – there’s no such things as
miracles.
We need to grow up and move with the times, don't we? If that's what you
think, it’s important to remember a few things and to hear three different
voices in our Gospel reading this morning:
-The voice of the earth (v. 2-4)
-The voice of the angel (v. 5-7)
-The voice of the Lord (v. 8-10)
To Think About:
Can you hear the voices of Easter and are you a voice of Easter yourself?
